Turkey's downing of the Russian plane

In the aftermath of the French terrorist attack, I said to whoever is still waking up rubbing their eyes to wake up, and to wake up the person next to them, because the situation is really big and wrong on all fronts 😃... Let's start, in the name of God.

Today, at seven in the morning, the residents of the Turkmen Mountains in the countryside of Latakia, northern Syria, witnessed a Russian warplane of the (SU-24) model - like the picture - falling on them. They saw both pilots parachuting out, so shouts of joy and celebration filled the area, especially since Russian airstrikes don't differentiate between civilian and non-civilian areas, especially if they know that ISIS is present. ISIS is present in civilian areas, not like terrorists in the past, so everyone dies from any airstrike.

Shortly after, Omar Al-Jablawi, the spokesman for the Syrian Revolutionary Gathering, said that they captured one of them and killed him, and his body is with us, and we are searching for the other.

An hour later, Turkish television broadcast videos and images of the plane being shot down. The Turkish General Staff said they warned the plane 10 times, and it ignored the warnings and violated Turkish airspace over the Yayladagi area in Hatay.

The Russian Defense Ministry said the plane was flying at 6,000 meters - God's blessing - and did not violate Turkish airspace; it was in Syria. It might have been hit by Turkish surface-to-air missiles. The Turkish Defense Ministry responded, saying no, it violated our borders, so we sent two (F-16) planes to intercept it.

The U.S. Pentagon said we photographed the plane while it was flying along the Turkish border back and forth and was warned 10 times, like Turkey said, for five minutes, but we have no involvement in the matter, and we're just trying to calm things down 🙂

Turkish President Erdogan came out and said that Russia is targeting Arab Turkmen opposed to the Syrian regime and not hitting ISIS or anything, while Russian President Putin came out - with the Jordanian king by his side - and said directly that Russia will not tolerate crimes like the incident of the attack on the Russian plane in Egypt (meaning, in short... congratulations... and Egypt, you're innocent, come on Turkey, take your share of the blame).

Putin also said he knows Erdogan will meet with NATO - and he did - and the official spokesman for the alliance said we declare our full solidarity with Turkey - and Putin said a few words, throwing a hint at NATO and saying that he respects their interests.

This NATO alliance was created in the past against the Soviet Union - currently Russia - and it includes Turkey, America, Britain, as well as several other European countries as founding members... and most of them are major European countries... and it is considered the strongest military alliance globally at the moment, ensuring its members' freedom and military sovereignty against any aggression towards them.

The Russian Defense Ministry summoned the Turkish military attache they have, and the Russian Foreign Minister canceled a visit to Turkey. In an official statement, Russia advised its citizens through a word from the Russian Foreign Minister "Sergei Lavrov" not to blame Turkey (because its terrorism risk is not less than Egypt - he mentioned Egypt, why does this man bring up Egypt? We are lacking your spirit).

Now the experts are saying:

Several political analyses say that the Turkish strike is a decisive response to rejecting the results of the Vienna meeting held for the future of Syria, in which they agreed to change the government within six months, but they didn't agree on Assad's fate, so Turkey, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar rejected the results of that meeting.

They also say that Turkey's message of support to the Sunni coalition against the Shia coalition caused recent ground forces loyal to Assad to attack the Turkmen area of Bayirbucak in the countryside of Latakia, northern Syria, with Russian air cover and Iranian ground support, causing people to leave their homes and become refugees on the Turkish border.

Finally:

The Egyptian question that's being posed 😃... if Russia fought Turkey, who would win?

This question has two answers:

The first answer: If Turkey is covered by NATO, led by America and including most European countries... Russia will not have a future on the map soon... unless China and North Korea help, then there might be a glimmer of hope 🙂

The second answer: If Russia fights Turkey, man to man... Turkey will be devastated... because the power in Russia's hands is greater according to estimates (from the Global Firepower website) which is the largest war encyclopedia - Russia is second on the list of the world's strongest armies after America... As for Turkey, it is tenth, even though the number of its army personnel is higher... Here's the comparison between the Russian and Turkish armies for anyone who wants to see it: http://goo.gl/CRVjLC and Egypt ranks 18th on the list.
